Taxation

With fifteen years taxation experience in both professional and corporate environments we specialise in tax planning and compliance work. We like to follow a pro-active approach to our clients taxation needs, ensuring that our clients’ business transactions are structured in a tax efficient manner and that their tax affairs are always up to date with the relevant authorities.

Auditing

As full members of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors we are registered to perform annual statutory audits of companies. In addition to this we conduct interim, forensic and special purposes audits, according to our clients’ specific needs.

Accounting and Bookkeeping

We offer a full bookkeeping function from the capturing of monthly info to the preparation of monthly management accounts. This service is of particular interest to clients who require the services of a bookkeeper, but whose needs don’t warrant the employment of a bookkeeper on a full-time basis. In addition to this our clients benefit from the fact that our bookkeepers are supervised by qualified managers and have constant access to these managers should they have any queries on the clients work.

Company Secreterial Services and Registrations

We form companies and close corporations and sell “shelf” companies to those who need a quicker solution. In addition we perform all the necessary registrations (VAT, PAYE and UIF) to allow our clients to start trading.

Planning and Restructuring

We assess our clients structures and where necessary restructure to ensure tax efficiency, the protection of assets from potential creditors and marital dispensations and efficient estate planning. Where necessary we form trusts to achieve these and other specific needs of our clients.
